I use Toggle Track every working day, and I find it quick and easy to log time to each client throughout the day. It's easy to see where I am, with each client's retained hours, over the course of the week.

The reporting makes it easy to see where I am with each client's hours for the current month. And also easy to see the client's total hours for the previous month, for invoicing (invoicing external to Toggl Track).

I found it very easy to set-up Toggle Track at the start, and was up and running in minutes.

I have contacted customer support recently, regarding feedback on a new feature. Once I got passed the AI bot responses were quick and helpful.

With a little research, you'll find plenty of other time-tracking solutions out there, including ones that are directly integrated into your invoicing or project management software. Toggl is expensive for what you get, and their team will absolutely not give you a refund under any circumstance. I have been auto-billed from them for the last year after trialing the tool.
