"Teamweek gives our team the tools we need and isn't confusing to use"

What do you like best about Toggl Plan?

I like how Teamweek more or less sticks to the idea of assignment management and tracking. It has charts and calendars that are easy to look at and edit. It's a great way to assign tasks and keep everyone on our various teams to be accountable about work activities. It can also be a great source for task updates and general team communication. The fact that it's a platform we can access online makes it less of a pain to update with real time information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toggl Plan?

In order to get larger teams activated with the premium Teamweek setup, we have to pay quite a hefty fee. I like the added features that we get with the premium plans, especially annual planning, but I don't really think the value is there without more added features. Recommendations to others considering Toggl Plan:

Teamweek has some low cost plans that can allow you to get started with advanced features for smaller teams. If you're uncertain about how it could fit your business needs, I would go with a lower cost plan and then upgrade later if you have a larger team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Toggl Plan solving and how is that benefiting you?

Without Teamweek, I think it would be harder to keep tabs on activities that I have for the week as well as those assigned to other team members. There are lots of collaboration and task management platforms out there, but I think Teamweek gives us an ideal balance between simplicity and the quality of its features. I just want them to improve the price of the program, because it is expensive and although I have great advantages in using it, I do not think I am willing to continue paying the service for a long time, considering that there are many other excellent programs that generate what I always look for and with better prices. more competition in the modern market Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A super simple tool for work scheduling and tracking"

What do you like best about Toggl Plan?

Teamweek's Gantt chart interface is bold with colors that pop and grab my attention. I can take a glance at the chart and easily absorb the weekly scheduling. The user functionality is quite intuitive. We basically just click and drag slots during the week. Signing up and getting started with Teamweek only took a few minutes. We could add users quickly and get connected on projects. I like that we can segment projects and limit access and editing capabilities to certain parties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toggl Plan?

Teamweek does what many other collaboration platforms do, but without the extra collaboration tools. We don't get much details on individual projects and can't share a ton of information within the Teamweek platform itself. For team's looking for a simple organizational tool that most people should have no problem using from a technical standpoint, Teamweek is an excellent solution. With some calendars and collaboration tools with Gantt charts, the overall involvement with those kinds of software can get complicated and confusing. What problems is Toggl Plan solving and how is that benefiting you?

Teamweek works well within my particular team's needs. I work with people from various departments, but not really in depth. So Teamweek's simple scheduling interface allows us to focus mainly on availability and overall job completeness, which was really the main benefit we were looking for. What do you like best about Toggl Plan?

Teamweek gives us an overview of the current status of the projects and what is to come. We share programming with the entire team to build trust and improve communication by reducing work time. It also allows us to add team members to a timeline and segment the population into smaller groups to have a better overview of what we are doing. Thanks to teamweek I can devote myself to other more important things instead of spending my time in paperwork and boring schedules. Increase the productivity of the entire team, when programming a goal each member is alerted with notifications through the mail, making it more productive than a chat where it can often distract the team. What do you like best about Toggl Plan?

Very intuitive software and easy to use. Able to see what our team members are working on for the day (Like a timesheet) and are able to plan what to pursue next. Really good tool to organize your time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Teamwork is great project management tool that is intuitive and allows all teams to see what projects/clients everyone is working on for the day- it is essentially a calendar that you can share with multiple people but with better interface.
