Organizing: Everything is organized so well in your fingertips and self explanatory. I never had to learn to use the tool.

Estimating: Estimating and time framing a task happened along with the creation of a task. This reduced the time and effort spend on estimation.

A task type is missing using which we can easily analyse the number of bugs, spikes of new features that we have on the table. Sometimes the colours of the tasks becomes confusing, for instance if I choose red for say bugs, we have multiple shades of red.
