Managing and organizing tasks within projects is easy, with the drag and drop option being my favorite and the one that really makes this software unique. Toggl Plan is flexible when it comes to the organization of tasks and planning for both short and long term is possible with this program. The interface is very colorful too, something I love as it keeps me motivated to continue my tasks, and the customization of it is very neat, allowing me to make some changes to adjust to my best routine and workflow. The mobile app is lacking some features as well as some functionality issues, and overall I am happy with using the desktop version, but sometimes I need to use the mobile app and it’s not the same experience. I mostly use this app every day to keep track of my daily tasks, small things that I must do in the company and need to be completed during the day. But a lot of the times I do long term planning with this software and I have to say I haven’t been disappointed; Toggl Plan, while keeping it simple, has somehow managed to become a powerful software that is good for many projects no matter the level of difficulty. The ease with which I could add tasks and modify them is the best thing about Teamweek. The intuitive UI makes it easier for anyone to get familiar with all the available options. I also like the simplicity of the workflow. Apart from that, what makes Teamweek especially attractive is the generous free tier. Although the available options are adequate, I feel a lot of things could be added or improved. At times, it does feel like a work in progress. The features I would love to have are: - Better milestones: Currently, the milestones are pretty 'dumb'. They just serve as a sort of note on the timeline. An option to link them to a specific project is much needed. Also, they are visible in the timeline only with a thin line. As a person who uses milestones a lot and depend on them, I would love them to be changed so they are much more prominent. - A calendar view with milestones, I guess this is related to the previous point - Custom fields in the tasks input menu(this could be a pro feature) - A MUCH better Android app. Honestly, the current app is downright useless. It has made juggling multiple projects with overlapping target dates much less daunting. Also, I need to update my boss daily about the work my team will be doing over the day. As an animal protectionist group we dedicate ourselves to provide all the love and protection we can to any animal that is helpless, helpless, abandoned or sick. Mainly dogs and cats, without neglecting other animals that come our way. There are many projects in which we are involved, and all for animal welfare. The work is very dynamic and we needed a tool that made our lives easier. It was then Teamweek that opened the way to the happiness we so much seek. We articulate with veterinarians to carry out health days, we make adoption days and, most importantly, we provide a home for anyone with a category of abandonment. Using Teamweek in these activities seems to make no sense, however it is very useful, since planning is vital to be able to fulfill all the activities. It has a very simple interface and is easy to use. Because Teamweek is a tool on the web we can work at a distance the different work groups where and when they need us, managing to communicate and fulfilling the planning with great responsibility. Now the allocation of activities does not waste our time, with Teamweek, we share them, we exchange tasks, we analyze them and nothing is delayed if someone can not fulfill their responsibility, we try to make everyone aware of the advances or delays in the projects. Our success in sales has been the result of a cluster of actions that have made the products we offer very attractive. For this we have had to do a thorough search of tools that lead us to success. We are a real estate company, where the purchase and sale of real estate is our strength, and to have a better acceptance in the market, we improve and then we offer the products. We need to be very organized as it is a large amount of information that every day we work as a team, for this Teamweek has been the tool par excellence that made the work feasible. Having your base on the web is a great opportunity, as we constantly move and visit the spaces that are going to be remodeled, so that our work is not restricted to an office, and with Teamweek being on the web the work travels with we. Teamweek helps us project in time, plan through a schedule and shared programming. In each project we have work groups, with which we articulate very well with Teamweek. Since the responsibilities depend on the areas to work, these are assigned by groups according to the previously established program, planning us in a timeline that helps to establish the time for each participant without recharging any, highlighting with striking colors. We learned that by filtering we can easily visualize the tasks assigned by groups and by areas, which helps us save time. We thought it was difficult, but when we started using it we realized that it is a very friendly and easy-to-use interface, even colleagues without skill, drag and drop is considered a success. We consider important the articulation with the interested clients in a way that we allow them to follow the progress in order to be able to receive opinions and suggestions in the works carried out. Now there are no excuses for delays, there are no excuses for forgetting, we are always up to date. Increased our credibility and our responsibility and commitment is our motto before the customers. We are a company dedicated to interior design and we work in the search to reactivate and enable spaces looking for alternatives to provide solutions to our clients. There are many details that we have to take into account, constructive elements, enabling spaces, environment, brightness, textures, colors, risks and budgets among others, so our specialists are constantly searching for alternatives that help in the successful development of the projects. Meeting Teamweek was the best thing that could happen to us since it is a tool that allows us to individualize the activities, we share the information in the blink of an eye, and being our specialty we create folders with striking information with the use of colors. We are happy to use this tool, we no longer depend on reminders in notebooks and notebooks, with Teamweek we overcome that dependency. The projects we work with the convenience of assigning tasks to work teams. When assigning a task we use timelines and calendars with which we easily visualize the development of the projects. I like to use this system because once implemented it allowed us to be able to perform an exact management and control of all the inventory and assets that a particular project can handle, as well as allowing us to edit and use the calendar tool in order to remember those important events. Through this system my managers and I can assign tasks to each of the work teams. This software is very useful because it allows us to evaluate the management of each work team and I like it, because in real time I can see the performance and the work that each member does and in this way I am encouraging that group that does the things well and in a shorter time.
