Toggl Plan is a cloud-based work management tool that helps you get a clear picture of your teamwork. It is easy to use and has a minimal design that doesn't distract you from your work. If we talk about some downsides of this tool, then the third-party integration offered is not so impressive. Moreover, the mobile app lacks some functionalities. Toggl is a very user friendly platform in all aspects from planning to tracking time. It doesn't require a lot of in depth knowledge, it can be picked up super fast. For toggl, in some ways it might be too simple, but in todays time I'm not sure that's a bad thing. It worked great for our business so I truly wouldn't change anything. Organizing: Everything is organized so well in your fingertips and self explanatory. I never had to learn to use the tool. Estimating: Estimating and time framing a task happened along with the creation of a task. This reduced the time and effort spend on estimation. A task type is missing using which we can easily analyse the number of bugs, spikes of new features that we have on the table. Sometimes the colours of the tasks becomes confusing, for instance if I choose red for say bugs, we have multiple shades of red.
