**What do you like best about Toggl Hire?**

I simply love Toggl Hire! The interface is beautiful and the user experience is super! Its also very agile and I can make out its because Toggl is known for their remote monitoring expertise way before Covid!

**What do you dislike about Toggl Hire?**

There are very few things I dont like about Toggl Hire. Because its a skills first talent acquisition platform, that takes off a lot of pressure from my recruiters. I sometimes feel they are losing their skills!

**What problems is Toggl Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Toggl Hire has a very easy to use interface and also anyone and everyone can get trained on it very easily. Its also very adaptable and customizable. Moreover thankfully its not limited to a particular domain.

you can create  assessments about many different technologies and skills, so you can know more about your candidates

one time the website was down for a few hours, it was okay because they sent a warning about this issue, a couple days before

is helping us to create easy and accessible assessments to evaluate technical skills in our candidates

It is great to use toggl to create assessments and evaluate the candidates, it is also amazing how you can link it with other tools like workable.

I honestly think visually they could improve a bit on the arrangement of information

**What do you like best about Toggl Hire?**

I like how easy it is to navigate and generate tests. Additioanally, the ability to easily shortlist candidates and provide instant feedback is amazing. Their pricing is simple and has no hidden fees. The best part is that you are not capped at how many candidates you can receive. No extra cost per cluster of candidates. My previous platform made it difficult to customize tests and I needed to pay for add-ons all the time. I'm happy that I switched over to Toggl Hire.

**What do you dislike about Toggl Hire?**

At the moment there is nothing that I dislike. It has everything that I was looking for in such a platform and has most of the skills that I need. For the skills that they don't have, I was able to easily generate my own custom questions.

**What problems is Toggl Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We receive a lot of applicants and Toggl Hire is helping us easily shortlist our candidate lists. Previously, we didn't have the team size to reach out to all unqualified candidates and we understood that it wasn't a good candidate experience. With Toggl Hire, we let the platform kindly reject those who didn't reach our passing score so we can only focus on the excellent candidates. It's also helped us hire great knowledgeable talent. Because we vetted them and knew they possessed the skills, they were able to easily and quickly adapt to their role.

**Recommendations to others considering Toggl Hire:**

Better select tasks among the pool of questions. Some questions predict a candidate's performance much better than others. In our practice, we achieved 56% R2 predictive power with 8 questions asked during 15 minute quiz, while only 3 questions out of those already deliver 44% predictive power in 5-6 minutes.

**What do you like best about Toggl Hire?**

It is very easy to use, intuitive and has an extensive library for any role.
We tried several alternatives in the market and Toggl Hire was the best one - and it is the most affordable. As a growing and remote hiring company, we are opening a variety of roles. This tool helped us assess, shortlist candidates and conduct video interviews for different positions so far, we are very happy with the results.
We like that we can assess for job roles without needing to put too much effort, this is good because it saves us time and we are more confident with the outcome. The quality of the questions is really good. We like that job-specific tests include soft and technical skills, it helps us see every candidate's full competency for the role. Scorecards and analytics are very comprehensive as well.
Overall we love Toggl Hire.

**What do you dislike about Toggl Hire?**

Nothing so far, if we have any problems or any requests, the support team is great at helping us in a short time.

**What problems is Toggl Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were spending a lot of time reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates. After shortlisting, we were not always sure about the competency of candidates. Because we are hiring remotely most of the time, it is harder to assess skills with a discovery call. This tool helped us filter and interview role-fit candidates, and assess their skills. We save so much more time and are able to hire the right candidates for the role that the whole team agrees on. We saw that candidates enjoyed skills assessments too.
