We are able to have very structed processes in place to know exactly what is expected of us during this process. The system has been very helpful in connecting the Coach and the Coachee, and provides feedback in real time. It is very easy to use and learn and pick up on quickly. We were integrated quickly and without any issues. We use the app on a bi-monthly basis and it has been super healpful to have the access to it handy. There has been no need for Customer Support so far as the process has been seamless. The feedback feature is ideal after every call to know how well you are doing during the process. So far, I have not had many concerns with the use of this app. Once thing I could recommend is when booking the meetings it automatically suggest to auto book the rest of the meetings. It does not, however, offer the option to opt out of any weeks, or make changes to any of the meetings during that process so then you have to go back and physically make that change. The platform provides a user-friendly interface and allows easy implementation of the Mentorship by the plan administrator, providing a uniform structure for all the Mentor-Mentee pairs on the platform. The platform doesn't send event cancelation or modification notifications when the Mentor or Mentee moves the sessions. We have to look for the redundant calendar invite manually and delete it from our calendar which causes some confusion if either party misses the email sent from the other. It is cool to learn from someone out of your area, understand how it is connected to your job and also to learn from other person's experience in the company.
