I like how it can be used to match mentors with mentees. It also helps you keep track of scheduled meetings and notes from previous meetings, and it offers training and suggestions to discuss during meetings. The platform is a great tool for both new and seasoned mentors and mentees. It connects well with my work calendar to ensure there are no issues with scheduling meeting times. I don't really have any negatives about the platform. I think it was great for facilitating our mentorship discussions and providing us with the tools to do so. I love how together encourages me to both seek mentorship and provide mentorship to people who I would not normally reach out to! The Agenda that is created using AI pulls great talking points from both profiles and makes it easy to connect! It is very easy to implement, as the website has great flow and makes it easy to understand. I also enjoy the ability to set meetings at your leisure, making the frequency of use what you decide!
