With our world being so remote/virtual the in-person connection and relationships that spur things like mentorships and other growth oppurtunities don't happen by chance anymore. Structured mentorship programs is our use case, and that is generally the approach most are taking to utilize the platform. The extended value I think that it has provided is the oppurtunity for conversations that build relationships across teams and spur collaboration and growth from those participating in the program. What I like best about Together Mentorship is how easy it is to use the website to match with professionals and experts across different industries. I have personally connected with experts I wouldn't have met otherwise. The implementation is straightforward, with the facilitator guiding me through the right steps to stay on track and achieve my goals with the program. The customer support is friendly, fast, and reliable in responding to feedback and concerns. The frequency of use is stress-free, as you receive scheduled reminders for upcoming events, tasks, and feedback, eliminating the need to frequently check the website. The number of features is just right, providing everything you need to get the most out of the program. The intergration is easy as you can choose between different platforms to have your meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Together Mentorship? What I do not like about Together Mentorship is that sometimes the mentor has to send the link to the mentee. It would be better if, after choosing the platform for the meeting, the Together app automatically arranges and sends the link to both the mentor and the mentee. This issue has caused some problems with connecting to my mentor. Additionally, I would appreciate it if they integrated in-person meetings as a compulsory part of the program. Currently, the mentee has to ensure a meeting is set up, and sometimes, after the mentorship session, the mentor may not be able to dedicate their time for a one-on-one meeting. Without connecting with experts and professionals, we might not fully understand what is required in our chosen fields. Together Mentorship bridges this gap by ensuring we can meet different industry experts who can mentor us toward our career paths. One of the best aspects of this program is that even within our chosen paths, we can further streamline to a specific direction.
