What do you dislike about Together Mentorship? - I found that the matchmaking process to be a little inconsistent at times, found myself being matched with mentors who are out of range in terms of learning - I believe both mentees and mentors should ideally add more details on the platform so that both parties have an easier time selecting each other. It might help if some fields are made mandatory to fill out. I love that the person I was paired with wasn't what I expected, but he is exactly what I needed. I love that this is my professional development time and it brings me to thinking outside my norm. I think meeting 2x a month would be better, but this is the 1st go around so it's a work in progress. My calendar has meetings on it, but are listed as free.
