It has helped me keep track of mentoring conversations and allowed for better topic planning. Integration with Teams platform and reminders of taks has also been helpful. If I had any issues it would be the limited choices for content editing in notes. Basic features are there, but an extra level or two for bulleting would be nice. Definitely having a space to collect mentoring notes, ideas, etc has been extremely helpful. The company had no mentoring structure previously. Just because a manager may be in a different department doesn't mean that the mentorship has to be different. Together Mentorship is easy to use to pair up mentors and mentees, and a great tools to host and document mentoring meetings. The matching process is painless and offer users a wide range of options. What do you dislike about Together Mentorship? Every time we set up a mentoring session there are two different meeting invites in the calendar.
