I would have never connected with my mentor if it weren't for this program - I like that our sessions were automatically set up even with a five hour difference it works for both my mentor and I. I really like the integration with Google Calendar that makes scheduling new sessions easy. I also like how the tool reminds me in advance to prepare for upcoming sessions with my mentee. I think when I first land in the UI, it should show me my upcoming meetings and outstanding tasks front and center, instead of having me drill into my list of mentees (which only contains one person) to see what is next for me to do.
