What do you like best about Todyl Security Platform?

I like Todyl Security Platform for its flexibility and the ability to drill down in SIEM data to get the exact data I need, which is pretty simple to do. It has been helpful in numerous investigations, where I probably never would have come to a conclusion otherwise. The product has come a long way since we started using it, and even though there were some rough patches at the beginning, it's good now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Todyl Security Platform?

I'd like to see portal SSO and also better ways to clean up the portal. It feels like we always have a ton of devices that are stale and sit there forever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Todyl Security Platform?

I appreciate the Todyl Security Platform for its single admin panel, which makes managing all of our customer tenants easy. Everything is categorized and simple to find, which is powerful without being overwhelming. Additionally, Todyl has a wide security stack and SASE, securing our clients' data across the internet effectively. It offers more features compared to other solutions and is much easier to use and manage. Also, since Todyl uses the same client for everything, it makes deployment easy. What do you like best about Todyl Security Platform?

I really like the Todyl Security Platform because of the level of support the team provides. The response whenever I open a ticket is usually fairly quick, and I'm happy with the resolutions. I value the platform's comprehensive security features that let me see and control the security settings from one place—one pane of glass—without needing to go to different places. What do you like best about Todyl Security Platform?

I love the SASE tool in Todyl Security Platform. Todyl helps me and my clients sleep at night. I am able to deliver peace of mind to my clients because I know their environment is being analyzed for any anomalies. And with SOAR, I know that if we are not available, an action will take place. What do you like best about Todyl Security Platform?

I find the MXDR to be the most helpful part of the Todyl Security Platform, keeping our clients secure 24/7. I really like the data and support from the MXDR team, which gives us all the information needed to triage an alert effectively. Additionally, the root cause analysis provided by the SOC team is incredibly helpful. I would recommend both the SASE and MXDR components of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Todyl Security Platform?

Todyl's MXDR team is excellent. They are always quick to respond and consistently stay on top of any issues that arise. I find Todyl easy to use and straightforward to deploy.

Integrating cloud applications into the SIEM, such as Duo and MS365, has been a smooth process thanks to Todyl's clear and helpful documentation.

The SASE solution is also simple to implement and very user-friendly, especially since end users are not required to take any action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Todyl Security Platform?

Biggest downside is CPU and resource usage but this is an issue with all modern EDRs and NGAVs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Todyl has by far been the most secure platform our MSP has added recently. This platform is a one do all, agile, and effective way to secure our site with tunnel management. Its system was easy to deploy and we had it built to be integrated as a feature for the company to use and support our security services. It’ s been great adding Todyl to our security stack.
