SGN agent is somewhat unstable for older devices (server 2012), sometimes it won't check in or hard to uninstall/reinstall. SASE DNS configuration is a bit hard to grasp but made sense once figured out. I enjoy many things about Todyl! The UI is nice (especially since the update). Once you know how to navigate the portal, it is very easy to whitelist websites, create install agents, etc. Also, their Support Team is VERY helpful! The Todyl Security Platform augments our team by giving us direct access to the SOC team via Teams or Slack. This enables us to work together in real time during events. This allows for quick response and resolution to safeguard both our client and ourselves from a protracted event. We were able to stop a ransomware attack in the beginning stages due to the quick response and communication witht the SOC team. They are an extension our our own team. Some of the options for the SASE product is directed towards large enterprise, which is less useful for smaller MSPs. This is namely the ability to set the domain in the SASE Tunnel so that it can properly resolve internet DNS when conencted.
