When I open the explorer, it is still there and I can keep up with anything I have to do every day. I wish there was a calender view for my tasks, this would help me to have a better layout of my projects. **Recommendations to others considering Todoist:** I would recommend learning all of the ins and outs of Todoist when you first sign up for it! There are many great features to it, but it takes a bit of digging to learn and understand all of those features. I would also recommend considering upgrading to the Business or Pro plan, as they have many more features that are unavailable with the free plan. If you want to keep large documents or notes attached with your tasks, beware that Todoist allows for a very small file size. **What problems is Todoist solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Todoist has helped keep clear communication within the task force. Being able to collaborate on the same projects and tasks with my teammates helps to eliminate confusion in the area of communication. Todoist has by far the best natural language input that I have ever experienced. Setting due dates is so easy, its amazing. For example, if I want to be reminded every week day until 2022 to complete a specific task, I simply type in: "Complete XXXX Task everyday until January". Todoist’s natural language input is by far the best I have ever experienced, and it also allows me to capture all the relevant task data (priority, due date, tags) at the time of entry. This saves a ton of clicks, which other apps require. **What do you dislike about Todoist?** There is literally nothing I do not like about Todoist. I have essentially become a Todoist salesperson at our College. One of the requirements for anyone who asks me to collaborate on a project is that they download and use Todoist. **What problems is Todoist solving and how is that benefiting you?** In addition to tracking all of my personal tasks, I'm currently using Todoist to coordinate a monthly review team. This was a nightmare before implementing Todoist. It requires me, as lead, to assign policies to individual members to review and then report on. Also, I was tracking which stage or review each policy was in. Doing all of this via email quickly became overwhelming and I'd spend hours sorting through to find what I needed. Now, I can assign a task, attach the policy, and use the new Kanban board view in Todoist to see what step of the process each policy is in. ### 23. The other simple but amazing thing about the software is that you can log in with Google or other services and have nonstop access to your stuff. All jokes aside, I don't think there is anything I dislike about the software. **Recommendations to others considering Todoist:** My recommendation is to copy all of your individual lists into one giant one based on type (i.e.: shopping list or to-do list or event supplies checklist) and then copy and paste it and enjoy the automated process. The other thing is to create your account with your Google or Facebook account.
