You can subsume multiple lists underneath one group and therefore create helpful and pertinent categories. This helps me when I am creating lists for different kinds of tasks or different days. On the phone, the lists themselves are very easy to modify- with simple swipes and taps, you can edit, delete, or mark items as complete. In addition, as you open the app, every single group, category, and list is visible in plain sight. You don't need to open up folders or click on links to see everything. This is especially helpful for me as I tend to forget that which I don't see. In addition, the items can be split into smaller items that can be checked off individually; this is so helpful if tasks require multiple steps, and you operate better if you try to tackle one mini-goal at a time. **What do you dislike about Todo Cloud?** You can't transfer items between lists; therefore, if you wish to move an item to another list because of an altered deadline or a change in categorization, you must construct a brand new list. This can get tedious. **Recommendations to others considering Todo Cloud:** I'd recommend that everyone should use the schedule feature intentionally and keep up the scheduled items diligently. Otherwise, these items will continue to linger in the scheduled "section", thereby adding clutter. **What problems is Todo Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** ToDo Cloud helps me to organize tasks associated with each individual day, week, and month. This sub-categorization is immensely helpful as larger lists overwhelm me. This helps me not only keep track of the tasks but also helps me prioritize and construct a productivity timeline. I recommend other people who are looking for easy to use software to consider utilizing todo. A big part of schooling is managing projects and multiple deadlines. Todo makes it easy and enjoyable to do all this. Another really great advantage to Todo is how amazing the interface is. Deadlines, reminders, comments, ect. for tasks can be set with as few as 2 clicks (or taps for the mobile users). I really like the interface and the simplicity of adding new tasks and marking them as completed. It adds convenience to my day rather than adding additional difficulty like other solutions. **What do you dislike about Todo Cloud?** There have been some issues in the past when they transitioned the way they sync devices and tasks. For a while there were serious issues syncing between the desktop Mac client and the mobile app. This may still be an issue – I’ve since switched to Windows and haven’t had issues with the app and the web-based version. Overall I’m very happy with Todo and have very few complaints, especially since I use it in a fairly simple way and may not see issues that heavier users do. **Recommendations to others considering Todo Cloud:** Super awesome solution, and highly affordable too. The app runs smoothly and works on all platforms (that we used) I do believe that Todo has an edge with the straightforward department over Todoist. We have found that it is very useful among staff. **What do you dislike about Todo Cloud?** This being a microsoft product integrates with Office 365. When we migrated to a google platform email server we also went to Todoist. I cant think of anything that I dislike about this software.
