"Toddler’s AI Tutor Makes Lesson Planning Faster and Supports Struggling Students"
5/5
What do you like best about Toddle?

Toddler makes lesson planning easier and faster thanks to its embedded AI features. I especially love the AI Tutor—it helps me support less-advanced students and bring them up to the same level as the rest of the class. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Planner with Room for Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Toddle?

I love having everything in one place with Toddle, especially being able to go back 1 or 2 academic years and still find my learning experiences. I enjoy the library and Toddle community. I like having all unit of inquiries visible in one place, the easy download feature, and the ability to share the planner with music teachers or other specialists. It makes everything available in one place instead of having several folders shared or not shared in the drive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toddle?

This year it happened to me that a good amount of learning experiences that I planned last year for Math disappeared and this was really a bummer. Not very easy, it takes some time and probably I'm still not managing well all features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Assignments"

What do you like best about Toddle?

I like having a unit planner, and I love the AI feature to bring in cumulative comments at the end of a grading period. I also like Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toddle?

Certain features are not user-friendly... like having to change details of an assignment in each class vs. just once overall. Similarly, there are multiple clicks to make when looking for something as easy as attendance. Also, I don't think I can make some assignments not as heavily weighted as others. Sometimes on formative and summative assessments, I'd like to make minor quizzes and more heavily-weighted projects, quizzes, or classwork assignments-- depending on how long it takes to complete it. "Easy Gradebook and Fast AI Assistant for Polished Report Comments"
5/5
What do you like best about Toddle?

Using Toddle for attendance is helpful as it is linked to our PCO's and they can monitor attendance from their PC.

Being able to connect to parents and students through Toddle and posting their work, as well as Toddle being connected to Teams. This made our switch to digital/distance learning easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toddle?

There are still too many clicks to get to a particular section. For example, Announcements or Messages. There are too many clicks to create a simple announcement. People sharing things school wide that does not involve you. (I think that should be a training day on its own, on bulk announcements.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Curriculum Management with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Toddle?

I really like how easy Toddle is to use, which encourages teachers to plan and upload the curriculum on it. We also get excellent customer support through our Toddle buddy, which ensures that any problems we have will be fixed. I find Toddle's documented curriculum sharing feature very valuable for keeping students and parents informed. The collaborative aspect for teachers and the inspiration from Toddle’s AI features and library are impressive. The initial setup of Toddle was pretty easy – Toddle did most of the work for us. What do you dislike about Toddle?

I'm still waiting to hear if my DP Year 1 grades can factor into the DP Year 2 grades. This is really important for having an accumulative grade in the DP since it is a 2-year program. It would also be great if Toddle offered a way to have student groups/clubs on the platform, have a parent-teacher conference booking system, and an activities and bus booking system like we have with Schoolsbuddy. Oh and if it could help with admissions, then we could get rid of OpenApply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient Learning Hub, Needs Better Integration"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Toddle?

I like Toddle because it's a one-stop shop for all my teaching and learning needs. I use the Gradebook feature, which, along with learning capabilities, provides everything I need in one platform. It helps with sharing our learning with parents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toddle?

I find Toddle too clicky and it's unclear what functions do what and what should be used for. Additionally, it does not work well with Google, which is inconvenient since we use Google. There are no dates when teachers post, and no examples are given on what a successful Toddle looks like. It also lacks guidebooks or introductory documents for setting up Toddle. "Efficient and Intuitive, But Needs Improved Flexibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Toddle?

I find Toddle super easy to use. Although I was a bit resistant at first because I'd only experienced one type of grade book, Toddle's ease of navigation, finding tasks, and entering grades and assignments quickly won me over. It's intuitive, and I appreciate that the most. I hope it becomes even more intuitive over time, which would be awesome. It's important for me to spend as little time as possible in Toddle so I can focus more on planning my teaching and giving students feedback. The efficiency Toddle offers helps me be a better teacher and allows me to focus on what I want to do in the classroom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toddle?

Sometimes I really wish I could enter and edit standards myself in Toddle instead of relying on site administrators. It feels like a simple change that would make things a lot easier for me. Right now, I have to reach out to someone else for changes, and then wait to see it's done. Also, when entering assignments, I find setting open and due times a bit tedious with all the clicking. It would help a lot if I could set a default time, like 03:15 PM, for opening and closing assignments to avoid so many clicks. Another thing is the order of assignments in the gradebook seems arbitrary, maybe based on creation date, but I would love to have the option to sort or toggle their order to better fit my style. If I could move columns easily, it would be awesome, since I like organizing my digital life. Lastly, a simple tool like a flag for missing assignments, similar to what Schoology had, would be super helpful. I used to rely on visual cues like an orange hexagon for missing work, and having something similar in Toddle would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for Teachers, Despite a Steep Learning Curve"
5/5
What do you like best about Toddle?

I love Toddle for being very user-friendly, making it easy for both my students and me to navigate. I absolutely love the function where kids can upload documents and I can see them in real time. It's great that Toddle is connected to the IB curriculum, allowing me to build rubrics and access both IB and state standards. The guided worksheets are fantastic, and I enjoy the ability to schedule posts for my online learners so everything is ready for them first thing Monday morning. I find the message function fantastic, allowing me to communicate easily with students and parents, seeing who has read messages. Toddle helped me craft a beautiful email using the IB and Odyssey language. Additionally, I tried out the worksheet function, which helped with creating reading comprehension questions, and I found that component really enjoyable. Mariana, our trainer, has made a big impact with her warm and welcoming training sessions, which I appreciate a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toddle?

The biggest challenge that I am having right now is my screen looks different than my scholar screens. So for example, I was walking my kids through how to upload one of the documents as a file so that way I could have access to it and use Google's revision history to help curb some of the cheating. But my screen looks different than the scholar screens. So what would be really helpful is if teachers had the ability to, like, toggle over or flip over or somehow make our screens look like my scholar screens. Then, unfortunately, I didn't realize that my screen looks so much different than their screen. So I wish there was a function that looked more like their screen. "AI-Enhanced Lesson Planning, Needs More Customization"
5/5
What do you like best about Toddle?

I love the Toddle AI and find the AI tutor really enjoyable. It makes my life easier by solving a lot of problems, especially with planning. The AI looks at all the insights for lesson planning and links them to the unit of inquiry. The AI tutor is particularly helpful for my students in writing, providing them with instant feedback and guidance to improve their work. The initial setup was smooth and easy to get used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Toddle?

I don't feel the Toddle AI for writing reports goes too well because it links all of the subjects, regardless of if I teach it or not. Another thing that doesn't work well is not having the undo button when lesson planning. Nor does it have an auto save. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
