Tobachat is a customer communication platform built on the WhatsApp Business Platform. It lets a business run WhatsApp as a real customer service channel, with an AI agent and a shared team inbox on one number. The AI agent answers everyday customer questions from the business's own knowledge: its website (read again every week), files, notes, questions with answers and opening hours. It replies in the language the customer writes in and understands voice messages. Teams start with drafts they approve, then let it reply on its own, around the clock or only outside opening hours. When it lacks an answer, or the customer asks for a person, it hands the conversation to a colleague with a note. The AI agent is included in every plan. The shared inbox lets several people work from one WhatsApp Business number, with assignment, internal notes, labels and quick replies. Around it: contacts with consent per contact, message templates through Meta's approval process, a visual automation builder for reminders and order updates, campaigns to contacts who opted in, Google review requests after a visit, and QR codes that open a chat. Webhooks and booking integrations connect it to the systems a business already runs. Tobachat is an official Meta Tech Provider, so a business connects its own WhatsApp Business account and messages under its own verified name.
