I like the modern and sleep UI of Toast, and the fact that it's super easy to use the tablets, handheld devices, and also has a lot of integrations. I love how consistent their branding is, and I love how easy it is to find everything and sync all the menus whenever I was editing it. Implementing and onboarding the restaurants with Toast POS was fairly simple and hiccups were expected but they were easily smoothed out. Customer support was terrible when I last used it in 2023. They typically outsource their customer support staff who work remotely and kind of had no idea what I talked about when I called them. Their restaurant success managers are also kind of useless as we had one and she wasn't very helpful.
