TLX's support team has been and is extremely responsive when an error occurs or something needs to be adjusted. **What do you dislike about Aptean TOTALogistix TMS?** I would like to see the TMS work more like a database, for research purposes, than it currently does, but based on my experience with TLX we may be able to achieve this in the future. **What problems is Aptean TOTALogistix TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently, we are optimizing our carrier selection method.
