  ### 1. Easy to use for big groups, but lacks some flexibility

**What do you like best about TMGMT?**

The program was great for our project that required collaboration across multiple fields with personnel of various computer skill levels. 

**What do you dislike about TMGMT?**

Implementing custom changes became a little challenging, but it was also nice that the final version was consistent. At the same time, there were some forced formats that felt more like imposed formats in Microsoft Word.

**What problems is TMGMT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a major overhaul of our IT projects and external facing pages. Adding this system definitely took a large initial investment but over the time, it has proved worth it as subsequent changes and additions are much easier.

**What do you like best about TMGMT?**

I was part of a large team working on compiling new information and bringing data into a new system. I'm not the most tech-savvy person, but once TMGMT was set up by the team, it was easy to use as a team member. 

**What do you dislike about TMGMT?**

The user interface is not the easiest to get used to, but once you learn the nuances, it is not bad.

**What problems is TMGMT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were making a site that we wanted to be globally accessible, in addition to be entirely overhauled, and this let us do that.
