**What do you like best about TMail21?**

It's auto mail organisation and real time tracking for the ipdates regarding the project and and clients helps alot in easing the work and it make sures that i do not miss any important mail.

**What do you dislike about TMail21?**

It's all good, except the UI. 
It's kind of very old and dull design and could be better with some colours and animations, rest it's all good in case of functionality.

**What problems is TMail21 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me and my team to track the important mail conversations and also make sure no other mails mixes up and left out.
It really made our work easy in day to day life specially with the integration in Teams
