**What do you like best about Smartstream?**

TLM acts as a very user-friendly reconciliation and matching tool. It provides role segregation and can be customised to give users various levels of accesses depending on their requirements.

**What do you dislike about Smartstream?**

One of the drawbacks of TLM is it's dashboard which is restricted to 5000 items only. In case of more than 5000 data, users must apply filters to limit the filtered data to 5000. The platform at times shows latency issues when there is a massive influx of data. This impacts the user's performance.

**What problems is Smartstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use TLM as a reconciliation tool and cash matching tool at the same time. In reconciliation, it also helps to match TRD2 vs TRD2 and cash to cash matching. Further, it supports one to one and one to many matching as well.

The scalability of the platform. it is capable of scaling up eaily

The interface could be slightly less cluttered in places

Reconciliation of multiple file sources to a single file source

**What do you like best about Smartstream?**

It is blazingly fast. Very much accurate with results.
It is user friendly and at the same time has loss of features.

**What do you dislike about Smartstream?**

Sometimes it appears rigid as far as configuration is concerned. Maybe it can be altered at the backend but where I worked, the configuration seemed rigid and less flexible. 
Also, it would have been great if it featured an account certification function as well.

**What problems is Smartstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used TLM for reconciliation purposes. Since it matched 90-95%transactions accurately, we used to save headcount by properly establishing the rules for matching.
