The sales table to the customer table, etc. There's a logical progression and it's easy to follow. It's also very easy to see everything on the reports using the filters as needed. What problems is TLDCRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Sales tracking, customer tracking, reporting on who's talking to who, and how many leads they are taking. We are realizing that some agents are burning leads and it wasn't apparent before hand. Some aren't dis-positioning correctly, so we can't get credits back from the vendor, nor can we truly evaluate a vendor since it's not being handled right. It makes tracking my book of business easy; they have a ton of powerful ways to look at the data within the CRM, and they gave me access to the API, so I can also look at the data however I want on my end. The guys at TLD are also super helpful at answering questions, helping us problem solve, building new reports, etc. They also add features that we request regularly. What do you dislike about TLDCRM? No complaints. Any time there has been an issue or something I'm struggling with, they have resolved it very quickly. The truth is a system with very few failures, so far I have not found any fault that bothers me about the system, it is completely comfortable, and competitive. The 24/7 real time support is unprecedented for dialers. TLD is a full contact center solution with its lead developer on call at a moments notice for any and ALL issues that come up. Through Slack I'm able to reach out to them for something as simple as functionality questions or as complex as system customization requests. This is vital in the callcenter world where every second can mean money lost or unrealized sales. Most of the time when we have a concern its addressed by the lead architect of the system. We have been using TLD and their new Vici dialer integration for the past few months and can honestly say we are very impressed. The only downside I can think of is that this wasn't available to us sooner! TLD has made a huge impact on our business and has saved us thousands per month on other 3rd party solutions that TLD already has integrated within it's basic feature set.
