The 24/7 real time support is unprecedented for dialers. TLD is a full contact center solution with its lead developer on call at a moments notice for any and ALL issues that come up. Through Slack I'm able to reach out to them for something as simple as functionality questions or as complex as system customization requests. This is vital in the callcenter world where every second can mean money lost or unrealized sales. Most of the time when we have a concern its addressed by the lead architect of the system.
