All AWS CloudHSM tools will be unavailable on instances running Amazon Linux 2 version 2018.07. The AWS CloudHSM SDKs are now incompatible with Amazon Linux 2 version 2018.07 because it includes a modified ncurses package (version 6) that is incompatible with the AWS CloudHSM SDKs.
