What I like best about Amazon linux 2 is how seamlessly it integrated with AWS services. It is lightweight , stable and optimized for ec2 so instances boot fast and perform consistently. When we mount swap partition in Amazon linux 2 using its mount point path, then sometimes it creates issue as os did not get boot so later on it was identified that, in Amazon linux 2 any mount point should be mounted based on UUID not with respect to actual path.
