I appreciate how Tixr enhances the experience for both our customers and ourselves by offering new features that were previously unavailable at our venue. I like how it clearly displays information to customers using the site, along with the backend reporting capabilities. The Tixr team's responsiveness is a standout for me. I enjoy using the heat maps and the ability to manage each event date with just a click. Tixr's scalability, customer-focused features, and the visual/UX experience for guests are all aspects I value.
