TixFlo is event ticketing and concession ordering software for youth sports leagues, schools, booster clubs, churches, nonprofits and community event organizers. Organizers create an event page with ticket types, customers buy tickets on their phones, and staff or volunteers scan QR tickets from their own phones. No scanners or card readers needed. Ticket money goes straight into the organizer’s own Square or Stripe account on that account’s normal payout schedule. TixFlo charges $0.50 per ticket, and card processing is charged once per order rather than per ticket, which keeps fees low on multi-ticket orders. Organizers can pass fees to buyers or absorb them. TixFlo also includes OrderUp for concession stands. Customers scan a QR code, order and pay from their seats, and get a text or email when their order is ready to pick up. Staff work from a live order board and a pickup scanner. There’s no monthly fee, setup fee or contract.
