I recommend this app for audio and video calls. Scheduling meetings and joining respective meetings, adding participants is smooth. Breakout is a good feature, has been very helpful. Screensharing and recording sessions has been easy too. Enable recording calls using TixeoGateway is provided, which has helped us a lot with the call recording. I found Tixeo to be a fantastic tool for secure meetings with end-to-end encryption. It became a shield for my discussions. At times when my internet was slow, the quality of the videos was UHD & the sound was crystal clear. What do you dislike about TIXEO? The demerits of the software include the issues of the screen freezing during meetings & while screen sharing, there is also the issue of audio getting dropped, the UI & the dashboard are difficult to understand & operate for beginners. What problems is TIXEO solving and how is that benefiting you? TIXEO kept my meeting super safe with end-to-end for our audio, video, and data. What I found to be really cool is that it doesn't slow things down I got Ultra HD video & clear sound despite not having a super-fast internet. Tixeo is a good communication tool for team management and it can handle all types of enterprises. But, the software shows many laggings while executing some commands. The software is all about offering good conferencing and video calling. So, when it comes to the other management features and audit system it shows glitches in performing the respective task. The drawback of the software has its expensive rates and slow updates. Another aging point is that sometimes you have to face sudden glitches and a call can drop in the middle of the conference.
