Providing the customer with the link to get alerts and track their shipment in real time offers invaluable peace of mind and transparency. **What do you dislike about Tive?** The tracker is large. I wish that we could have something smaller that strictly does location tracking. We also love the ability to track our shipments across country, as well as out of the country! **What do you dislike about Tive?** The only feature I wish Tive had was the ability to have a live webcam option. Or, at least camera taking abilities while it was traveling. **What problems is Tive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were having issues with shipments traveling from the US into Mexico. Our shipments were being damaged and/or covered in insects. Tive is helping us with this issue. We can now monitor where the trucks are, what the temperature is, and when the doors are opened on the trucks with the light feature. We get alerts on these parameters, which is very helpful. It demonstrates that we value our products/shipments and want to ensure they reach our customers intact and without any unnecessary damage. ### 24. Easy to access and mark shipments. The trackers have many useful features, such as luminosity, shock and temperature to ensure that our cargo is not discurbed or affected by environmental factors. The alert system works great in combination with this. I appreciate the customizability of the trackers. **What do you dislike about Tive?** The platform could use a tutorial to show you all the features available. The help button does a decent job of showing how a particular feature works, but this could be improved on. **What problems is Tive solving and how is that benefiting you?** A big issue for us is ensuring that we can provide accurate ETAs to our customers when they receive materials. We can easily activate the trackers and toss them on a pallet and track a shipment from start to finish! **What do you dislike about Tive?** The downside would have to be a recovery method for the devices. Currently, we put them on pallets, and when they get found, they just get thrown away, which ends up just costing us more money having to buy more of them. If they found a way to maybe put a return label on them so they can just be dropped in a mailbox with no extra work that would make it way better! **What problems is Tive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are mainly solving the problem of our shipments getting put on the rail. We are able to find out if a carrier does so, and then we can put them as Do Not Use in our system, so we do not have trouble again with them.
