However, this is not the fault of the tracker, but the lack of internet over the ocean. Our company exclusively uses Tive. Tive Support is quick to respond via phone and is helpul as well over email whenever you are having any issues or questions. The Tive support team is knowledgeable and willing to walk you through troubleshooting steps. The website intervace is easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about Tive?** The biggest downside is having a tracker not work. It can be tricky to learn how to troubleshoot and get them to function. Some are harder to get to transitmit than others. It would be ideal if more worked right out of the box. You need a few days to charge and make sure you get a ping before we can ship, and sometimes we need a tracker in a very short turnaround period. It can take a little while for the Tives to arrive and get tracking notifications, so we have to make sure we keep an extra Tive on standby in case we need one last minute. **What problems is Tive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our clients require location, humidity, temperature and shock reporting for our high value shipments. The live updates in the online app were great and worked as intended. Tive provided live training as soon as we got the trackers and got us setup quickly and effectively. The shipping study that we performed had to be done within a couple of weeks so that we could capture winter temperatures and shipping conditions throughout North America. Everything to setup the Tive trackers was timely and we got the study performed when needed. They fit nicely into a box alongside our products, they are about the size of a pack of cards. We did make sure to charge them in between tests so they would not run out of charge when in the field. The graphs and analyses were easy to access and gather what was needed. **What do you dislike about Tive?** The battery life was good for most of the trackers. We did have some issues with tracker battery life decreasing very rapidly so we reduced the data collection frequency. Having access to change the tracker g-force threshold would have been nice. Tive was able to change it, but it just took more time. The trackers did not seem to log every g-force event within each period. We performed lab tests and failed to see some high shock events if they were spaced too close together. Not sure if that was written in the software or could be changed, we were just mindful of it. **What problems is Tive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Real-world shipping conditions and likelihood of our packages to be subject to extreme temperature and/or shock. ### 9. If you use all of the features and their highest frequency then the battery could be better. We use these to mount the trackers to the inside of wooden crates, and most of the tab bits have broken off not allowing us to hang them anymore.
