I find it inconvenient that 'Secure Submit' is one-way, as clients can securely submit documents to us, but we can't send using the same channel without starting a new one, which involves setting up a password again. If TitanFile could be enhanced for two-way traffic, that would be great. Also, if TitanFile could support clients filling out intake forms, it would be beneficial. First of for me, the server is on Canadian soil which is necessary for my work. The agent who contacted me when I first inquired was great and most helpful! Set up was easy and straightforward. There's plenty of room for my large uploads and I've found it very easy to use. My clients are able to use it without issue.
