What doesn't work as well for us is having the landing page for the link we send out. There are some fields we'd love to have on that page, like the referring agents and some valuable contact information as far as who uploaded the documents. One of the problematic aspects is adding clients and associating them with a file. Displaying the contact list is extremely slow, and there is no simple way to add a client to a file. Drag & drop is difficult to use, especially when there are many clients who have not yet been associated with their file, or when the file was created afterwards and I want to move the clients to the appropriate file.
