I appreciate TitanFile for its ease of use, especially when sending large files. It significantly simplifies the sharing of large documents or files and allows others to share large files with our firm by opening a link. I love that it notifies me when someone has downloaded those files and lets me create an electronic 'paper trail' by downloading a report, which helps me prove the submission and receipt of documents. It's a great added value to our firm, and I found the initial setup quite easy. It's much more efficient than using Dropbox for Business for sending large files. I use TitanFile for secure file transfer and communication with financial planning clients. I love how easy it is to set up and use, with a simple, clear interface. It's great that everything is securely kept in one place, solving the issue of insecure and disorganized email correspondence. The excellent customer support is a huge plus; whenever I've had questions, they were answered clearly and quickly by email. I use TitanFile for business emails and file sharing, and I find it very safe and encrypted, which is perfect for case-sensitive emails. I get signed out often, so adding a way to prevent that would be helpful; like marking my computer as trusted. I appreciate the secure upload link, which I can easily include in an email to a potential new client, as it streamlines the process by not requiring me to create a new channel right away.
