We’ve been using TitanFile and are genuinely very happy with it. One of the biggest advantages for us is that the data storage is based in Canada, which is extremely important for our firm and our clients. That alone provides a level of confidence and compliance alignment that we value highly. Our clients have been very happy with it. The platform is easy to use on both sides — for our team internally and for clients externally. There’s no fee for clients to access or upload documents, which removes friction and makes adoption much smoother. A feature I particularly love is the download flexibility. You can download files individually in their original format, or download everything as a ZIP file. When you download as a ZIP, it preserves the folder structure that we or the client created, which keeps everything organized and saves time during file transfers or archival. If there’s a downside, it’s the cost. It is pricey. The ROI can be difficult to quantify in strict dollar terms, but in terms of security, organization, client experience, and workflow control, it has absolutely been worth it for our firm. It has also solved a major operational problem for us: documents are no longer trapped in “someone’s email.” If a team member is in the Channel, they can see the documents. I use TitanFile for document sharing with clients and really appreciate the security, which gives me peace of mind knowing that our documents are shared on a secure platform. I find it inconvenient that 'Secure Submit' is one-way, as clients can securely submit documents to us, but we can't send using the same channel without starting a new one, which involves setting up a password again. If TitanFile could be enhanced for two-way traffic, that would be great. Also, if TitanFile could support clients filling out intake forms, it would be beneficial. First of for me, the server is on Canadian soil which is necessary for my work. The agent who contacted me when I first inquired was great and most helpful! Set up was easy and straightforward. There's plenty of room for my large uploads and I've found it very easy to use. My clients are able to use it without issue. I have had the odd person say they can't access the link but I think it may be due to their internal security measures as most are government related employees. I like TitanFile because it's a secure file sharing platform that allows me to send and receive large files safely. It provides strong encryption and an easy interface. What stands out to me is TitanFile's strong focus on security, with features like access control and file encryption, which let me decide who can view or download files. These features keep my files secure and private, allow me to control who can access them, and set expiration dates. The encryption ensures my data is protected at all times.
