I like how user-friendly TitanFile is and how secure the site feels, especially with its HIPAA compliance and other certifications, which are very important for us as an insurance brokerage. I also appreciate being kept informed about which documents have and haven’t been uploaded. Additionally, it’s great that welcome calls have been scheduled. What doesn't work as well for us is having the landing page for the link we send out. There are some fields we'd love to have on that page, like the referring agents and some valuable contact information as far as who uploaded the documents. Easy-to-use interface that keeps all of my clients in one place. I feel confident that files are being shared securely. It’s also simple to organize files into folders, with clear indicators showing which “channels” have activity and which files are new. I love the ability to integrate an 'upload link' into my email signature, as well as the great pricing and reliable support, although I rarely have any issues with the platform. I appreciate the ease of use for my secure communications with clients. Most clients manage to use the tool, but several of my clients are not very comfortable with computers. One of the problematic aspects is adding clients and associating them with a file. Displaying the contact list is extremely slow, and there is no simple way to add a client to a file. Drag & drop is difficult to use, especially when there are many clients who have not yet been associated with their file, or when the file was created afterwards and I want to move the clients to the appropriate file. I have a CPA practice, and TitanFile has been easy for my clients to adopt and use for uploading sensitive tax documents. The large transfer capacity TitanFile provides makes it easy for my business clients to upload extremely large financial data files. I have had very few technical issues with the service, and it is more cost-effective than other service options I reviewed. It's also great because everything is compliant, which is important in my business. The initial setup was super easy, just plug in your info and go.
