I really like that Titanfile is user friendly and has a clear interface. I assisted in the rollout for the office, and it was easy to teach to others. Whenever I have issues, I reach out to the Titanfile support, and they've been very responsive and helpful. I never hesitate to reach out and always tell others to do so too. After using it for some time, we noticed there have been some pauses or certain formats that cannot be uploaded. Also, with large disclosure (10GB or more) it takes much longer to load and there will be some files that fail. I love using TitanFile for its security and ease of use. We work with many clients who may not be the most tech-savvy, and they find it as easy to use as email, which is great. Over the two years, I've never had any issues and it has been extremely secure. It was probably one of the easiest software setups we've had for our business, and I've managed it effortlessly with no need for support. I think on the document exchange, TitanFile is pretty solid, but I think the next frontier for the TitanFile software is to improve over time the file management system. It can get a little confusing with clients who we share a ton of documents with. I would like to see things added to the app such as being able to handle document destruction. For example, if I upload a tax return to a client, I might want to put an automatic destruction date in, say, six months, so that after six months, TitanFile destroys the document. We were very early adopters of TitanFile and have used it for our HIPAA-related materials. It’s as simple to use as email, but with top-of-the-line security features. The best thing about this platform is its strong security and compliance. This platform is specifically built for sharing files with privacy and handling sensitive documents. This platform is more focused on security than flexibility, and hence, it feels limited when compared with the other broader sharing tools. Some of the integrations with other systems, such as CRMs or workflow tools, should be improved. What doesn't work as well for us is having the landing page for the link we send out. There are some fields we'd love to have on that page, like the referring agents and some valuable contact information as far as who uploaded the documents. I appreciate the ease of use for my secure communications with clients. Most clients manage to use the tool, but several of my clients are not very comfortable with computers. The number of configuration options is very useful and easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the problematic aspects is adding clients and associating them with a file. Displaying the contact list is extremely slow, and there is no simple way to add a client to a file. Drag & drop is difficult to use, especially when there are many clients who have not yet been associated with their file, or when the file was created afterwards and I want to move the clients to the appropriate file. I like that TitanFile is very user-friendly, especially for patients, as they do not need to create an account if they don't want to. It's easy to navigate, and the Secure Submit feature is fantastic because it allows sharing through a single link, making it easy to include instructions for how to upload everywhere. The Secure Submit feature is also valuable because it ensures sharing is secure and PIPEDA compliant. I like the personal upload link in TitanFile that I can paste into anything like a document, email, or text, making uploading or requesting an upload really easy. I love how quick and easy it is to use, and how it allows me to embed it in various forms of communication without needing others to look up anything. It's also great because everything is compliant, which is important in my business. The initial setup was super easy, just plug in your info and go.
