I also like the professional guided support and the abundance of training resources available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Titan Docs? It's a complex system to learn, so there's a steep learning curve. The training resources and professional support are helpful, but because of the depth of the system it can be tricky to troubleshoot problems with the system. What would be most helpful would be live chat or even an AI chat bot that is trained on troubleshooting the Titan system. Because of the difference in working hours, if we encounter an issue with the system, it could be hours or days before we're able to connect with a Titan support tech to answer our questions.
