"Titan Docs: Effortless Salesforce-Connected PDFs with Fast, Reliable One-Click Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Titan Docs?

What stands out most about Titan Docs is how effortlessly it lets our team turn existing Word documents into dynamic, data-driven PDFs that are directly connected to Salesforce. Rather than rebuilding documents from scratch, we were able to reuse what we already had and plug it smoothly into our workflow.

From a UI/UX standpoint, the experience feels intuitive and sits naturally inside Salesforce, which made adoption straightforward for our team. Generating documents is essentially a one-click action, and the option to automate PDF generation has meaningfully streamlined our processes.

On the integration side, the native Salesforce connection is a major strength. It removes the need for manual data entry by pulling real-time data straight into our documents, which helps maintain accuracy and consistency.

In terms of performance, document generation has been fast and dependable, even as our usage scaled. That reliability has made it easy to use Titan Docs confidently for both on-demand generation and automated workflows without running into bottlenecks.

When it comes to pricing and ROI, the time savings alone have been noticeable. By cutting down on manual work and reducing errors, our team has been able to spend more time on higher-value tasks, making the investment feel worthwhile.

For onboarding and support, we found the platform fairly easy to get started with, and whenever we needed help, support was responsive and useful—especially when guiding us through more advanced use cases.

Lastly, while we’re still exploring the more advanced features, the AI/intelligence capabilities look promising for further improving automation and overall document-generation efficiency.

Overall, Titan Docs has helped us significantly reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and build a more scalable document-generation process within Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Docs?

From a UI/UX standpoint, the platform can feel a bit complex, especially when you’re working with more advanced document templates. As an admin, I’ve had to spend extra time teaching users some of the more technical parts of the system, which can slow adoption. Simplifying these areas, or offering more guided, intuitive configuration, would make it easier for less technical users to be successful.

For integrations, the Salesforce connection is strong, but it would help to have more flexibility for handling complex data relationships or conditional logic without needing extra configuration.

In terms of performance, document generation is generally reliable, but there can be noticeable delays, especially with automated document generation or for users with slower internet connections, which we frequently encounter in the population we serve. Better performance in lower-bandwidth scenarios would make a meaningful difference.

Looking at pricing and ROI, the platform delivers value, but the learning curve and setup time can affect how quickly teams fully realize that value.

For support and onboarding, support has been helpful, but more accessible documentation and training resources—particularly around advanced configuration and styling, would reduce the need for internal training.

On the AI/intelligence side, there’s a lot of opportunity. One feature that would be incredibly valuable is an AI assistant specifically for styling, something that could suggest layouts, improve visual design, or even assist with word styling in some way. While structure, data connections, and logic are manageable for myself, creating polished, professional-looking documents often requires external tools (like Claude), and having that capability built in would be a major enhancement.

Overall, Titan Docs is a strong solution, but improvements to usability, styling flexibility, performance in lower-bandwidth environments, and AI-assisted design would take it to the next level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alice Meyer of Titan Docs

Hi Ryan,

Thank you for this thoughtful and detailed review. We are thrilled to hear that Titan Docs is helping your team turn existing Word documents into Salesforce-connected PDFs without rebuilding everything from scratch.

It’s great to know that one-click generation, automation, and real-time Salesforce data are helping you reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and build a more scalable document process. That is exactly what we want Titan Docs to deliver for Salesforce teams.

We also appreciate your honest pointers around advanced templates, lower-bandwidth performance, documentation, and AI-assisted styling. It’s feedback like this that helps us keep improving the product in practical ways, especially for admins managing more complex use cases.

Your point about AI support for styling is especially valuable. Titan AI Studio is already live in Experience Studio, helping teams build faster through plain-language prompts, and we are excited to bring this kind of AI assistance to Docs in the near future as we continue refining the experience.

Should you require assistance with advanced configuration or performance questions, please log a case on your Titan dashboard and our team will be happy to help.

Keep using Titan, and thank you again for such an insightful review.

"Titan Is Easy to Use and a Really Helpful Tool"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Titan Docs?

Ease of use! I understand from my colleagues who work with Titan regularly and design it to interface with our platforms that it's a really helpful tool and from the interactions I've had, I would agree. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Docs?

I only have experience with the front-end of Titan so I don't have many things to dislike about it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Built-In Form Record-Keeping That Simplifies Compliance"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Titan Docs?

From a legal standpoint, it’s important to keep a record of the forms we collect. It’s really helpful when that record-keeping is built into the form itself, so we don’t need an additional integration to accomplish it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Docs?

The auto PDF function doesn’t work well on long pages. I wish there were an option to automatically split a webpage into multiple pages when creating an auto PDF. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Document Setup, Needs Better Naming Controls"
4/5
What do you like best about Titan Docs?

I liked the way I could build documents in Word and link in fields and data points from Salesforce. Having the option to show and hide content based on logic was really beneficial. Creating templates in Microsoft Word was really easy, and the Salesforce fields allowed me to pull in data from opportunities to personalize documents for customers. The logic feature meant we could automatically show the right terms and conditions for different products based on the selected fields in Salesforce. The initial setup of Titan Docs was pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Docs?

I found it hard to get the documents' names to be set correctly when I created them in Salesforce. The way that new documents are assigned to existing users was a bit unintuitive; there were two screens that look the same, but one works and the other doesn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alice Meyer of Titan Docs

Hi Scott, thanks for taking the time to review Titan.

It's awesome that you are getting value from Titan Docs by seamlessly connecting Word to your CRM and ditching manual work. We are also happy to hear that you found it easy to get up and running with our product.

We appreciate the pointers regarding document names. It's feedback like this that pushes us to make our product even more intuitive. Please do feel free to log a question on your Titan dashboard should you need further assistance on this.

Keep using Titan and providing such insightful reviews.

"Streamlined Onboarding with Seamless Salesforce Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Titan Docs?

I enjoy how Titan Docs integrates seamlessly with Salesforce to prefill data, which significantly speeds up internal processing and prevents customers from duplicating entries. This has massively streamlined our workflow, making life better for both internal and external stakeholders. The Salesforce integration is one of the best and most robust I've seen, allowing us to utilize many layers deeply, which other integrations don't offer. Titan also feels like an unlimited tool in how it references different objects and child objects. I find that, once set up with help, Titan Docs allows for easier processes down the line. Their support is great, which helps a lot if you have complex use cases, and they even assist you during calls by doing some of the setups, which is really fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Docs?

Titan Docs has a faster learning curve than the Titan Forms side. I would prefer not to have to reach out to support as often for tasks. If use cases are complicated, you might need to reach out to support, which can save you time figuring out how to solve use cases. It's easy to get lost in figuring out how to solve a feature or a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alice Meyer of Titan Docs

Hi Blake,

This is exactly the kind of review our team loves to read.

We are thrilled that Titan Docs has helped you modernize an outdated onboarding process, reduce duplicate data entry, and create a smoother experience for both internal teams and customers. It’s also great to hear that our Salesforce integration gives you the depth you need across objects and child objects. That flexibility is where Titan Docs really earns its keep.

We also appreciate your comments about our support team. Complex use cases can take extra guidance, so we’re glad our team has been able to jump in and help you build with confidence.

Your feedback around the learning curve is completely fair. We know advanced setups should feel clearer and more intuitive, especially for teams trying to move quickly without relying on support too often. It’s feedback like this that helps us improve guidance, documentation, and the overall build experience.

Keep using Titan. We can’t wait to see what we will achieve together.

"Robust Features, Challenging Setup"
4/5
What do you like best about Titan Docs?

I appreciate Titan Docs for its competitive pricing and robust feature set. I also like the professional guided support and the abundance of training resources available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Docs?

It's a complex system to learn, so there's a steep learning curve. The training resources and professional support are helpful, but because of the depth of the system it can be tricky to troubleshoot problems with the system. What would be most helpful would be live chat or even an AI chat bot that is trained on troubleshooting the Titan system. Because of the difference in working hours, if we encounter an issue with the system, it could be hours or days before we're able to connect with a Titan support tech to answer our questions. Very challenging initial setup, it took us nearly 6 months to launch our form to our production environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alice Meyer of Titan Docs

Hi Bo,

Thank you for your honest review.

We are glad to hear that Titan Docs has delivered value through competitive pricing, strong features, guided support, and training resources. It’s also great to know that you are using Titan to securely connect with Salesforce, identify existing leads or contacts, update application information, and support secure document uploads.

We also hear you on the setup experience. A powerful platform should not leave customers feeling stuck when they are trying to troubleshoot, especially when time zones get in the way. Your feedback around live chat and AI-guided support is very helpful, and lines up with how we are thinking about making assistance more immediate and practical.

Titan AI Studio is already live in Experience Studio, and while Docs-specific AI support is still being shaped, we are excited about where chat-based guidance can take the product in the future.

Should you require help with any current setup or troubleshooting, please log a case on your Titan dashboard and our team will assist.

Keep using Titan, and thank you for helping us improve.

"Empowers Nonprofits with Seamless Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Titan Docs?

I find Titan Forms super helpful, especially in the nonprofit space, because it's low cost and has a lot of really nice features. I like that it enables the quick creation of visually appealing forms. The integration with Salesforce is really strong, allowing me to query, insert, and update records seamlessly. It's great that I can incorporate payment gateways like Stripe effortlessly. I appreciate how it lets me create lightweight external portals without requiring additional licensing, which we usually need from something like Salesforce Experience Cloud. I also think Titan as a company provides really great support, with a network and customer success team that ensures customer success. Finally, there's a lot of good documentation and a learning academy which are great resources to use before needing to contact support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Docs?

Nothing in particular comes to mind Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alice Meyer of Titan Docs

Hi Weston,

We also love that you picked up on the low-cost flexibility and depth of our Salesforce integration. Being able to query, insert, and update records, add payments through Stripe, and move quickly without heavy setup is exactly the kind of value we want nonprofit teams to get from Titan.

It’s also wonderful to hear that our documentation, Academy, support network, and customer success team have been helpful. We strive to give every team the resources they need to succeed before they even have to log a case.

Keep using Titan, and thank you again for such a generous review.

"Effortless Document Generation with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Titan Docs?

I use Titan Docs to generate documents with Salesforce data and user inputs, which makes our user's life easier by avoiding copy-pasting data into documents. I like the Salesforce integration; it's pretty simple to use once you're familiar with it and allows the user to edit or not edit a few fields. We can take data from many Salesforce objects and display them in a document, and then users can edit that data or just use the documents as they are. The initial setup was pretty easy with Titan Academy and the help of the great Titan Team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Docs?

Translations of the UI is not perfect, but we can still use it (Switzerland wit3 official languages..) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alice Meyer of Titan Docs

Hi Pierre,

Thank you for taking the time to review Titan Docs.

We are thrilled to hear that Titan Docs is helping your team generate documents with Salesforce data and user inputs, without the copy-paste routine. It’s great to know your users can pull data from multiple Salesforce objects, choose what can be edited, and get the documents they need with less manual effort.

We’re also happy that Titan Academy and our team helped make the setup smooth. We strive to give Salesforce teams practical tools they can actually use, not another system that needs a survival guide.

Thank you for the note on UI translations. We know this matters, especially for teams working across Switzerland’s three official languages, and your feedback helps us improve the experience.

Keep using Titan, and thank you again for sharing such a useful review.

"Great Training with Titan Academy, but Word Add-In Speed and Setup Need Work"
3/5
What do you like best about Titan Docs?

I like that fact the software comes with Titan Academy, it's rare that software providers include in-depth training facilities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan Docs?

I do find Titan to be quite slow when using the add-in within Word, there's also a lot of 'pre work' to be done to pull through relevant fields, our Salesforce has a lot of objects which link through to our matters (Matters for us is essentially a lead in SF) so having to use hidden fields to link the objects does take a lot more time than our current CMS/requires a mindset change in learning how to create documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alice Meyer of Titan Docs

Thank you for this review, we are pleased you find our Academy so useful and that Titan Docs is meeting your needs to generate documents for Salesforce.

We appreciate you letting us know regarding the experience you are having with the Word Add-In performing slowly. We strive for excellence and efficient performance, and it's feedback like this that helps us continuously improve. Should you require assistance on this matter, please log a case on our Titan dashboard.

Keep using Titan. We look forward to working together in the years to come.
