Having the option to show and hide content based on logic was really beneficial. Creating templates in Microsoft Word was really easy, and the Salesforce fields allowed me to pull in data from opportunities to personalize documents for customers. The logic feature meant we could automatically show the right terms and conditions for different products based on the selected fields in Salesforce. The initial setup of Titan Docs was pretty easy. **What do you dislike about Titan Docs?** I found it hard to get the documents' names to be set correctly when I created them in Salesforce. The way that new documents are assigned to existing users was a bit unintuitive; there were two screens that look the same, but one works and the other doesn't. **What problems is Titan Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Titan Docs eliminates manual data copy-pasting from CRM to Word, allowing quick proposal and quote creation tailored to customers. What would be most helpful would be live chat or even an AI chat bot that is trained on troubleshooting the Titan system. Because of the difference in working hours, if we encounter an issue with the system, it could be hours or days before we're able to connect with a Titan support tech to answer our questions. I appreciate how it lets me create lightweight external portals without requiring additional licensing, which we usually need from something like Salesforce Experience Cloud. We can take data from many Salesforce objects and display them in a document, and then users can edit that data or just use the documents as they are. I am able to create Titan Docs via Word Doc and PDF and when I use Word to create our Titan Docs, Titan allows me to use Word features, which makes it easier to use since I am already familiar with those features. 2. Implementation ran smoothly with little to no bumps along the way. 3. The way Titan Docs is able to pull various fields in our Salesforce objects and how the program integrates with Salesforce features include Flow. 4. We continue to discover new ways to use Titan Docs in Salesforce on our 2nd year that helps us be more effective and efficient 5. Customer support is great! I get a response in less than 24-48 hours. I also like the available helpful Support Pages they have available. When I go through an article to find an answer to my question, I also learned additional tidbits about the program. **What do you dislike about Titan Docs?** 1. When I create multiple versions of the same/similar document, I have to go to each one and select the same Setup options. 2. Sometimes the way I have the document formatted in Word does not show up the same way in Titan Dashboard and I would have to recreate the whole document (in Word). **What problems is Titan Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Streamlining of document generation and content. It helps us lessen the chance of error when the doc generated contains the same info that was entered in Salesforce. A lot of the available automation available in Titan and it's ability to integrate with Salesforce help us a great deal. I can edit and create docs for contracts, signatures, customer facing documents that need information specific to a given client or customer that auto populate based on our CRM data, all directly from microsoft word if I need to. Those documents can be saved to Salesforce, automatically emailed to team members or clients, or even sent through an approval process. We use it everyday in some form or another. **What do you dislike about Titan Docs?** In some cases, there are a lot of ways to do one thing, or multiple places in docs to do the same thing, and sometimes that can be helpful, while other times it would be nice to just have one way to edit/change a specific aspect. **What problems is Titan Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Titan docs has saved us an untold amount, just by ditching docusign. It makes maintaining our brand and voice as a company easy giving all of our customer facing documents a uniform and professional feel. Signed documents go directly into our salesforce instance tied to the correct object, documents can be inlcluded in Salesforce Flows allowing them to be automatically generated and sent to the right clients or team members. Especially for signatures I find it amazing it solves the problem of taking signatures. Now we can get the signatures by just sending a link over email. **What do you dislike about Titan Docs?** So far I haven't found any such thing which I say I dislike. I'm not sure if the other person must need to sign-up first in order to do the signatures but if it's I think it shouldn't be like this. **What problems is Titan Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I already mentioned for signatures I find it amazing it solves the problem of taking signatures. You can build all type of forms. The Salesforce integration is easy, no coding implied. Information flows in both directions -pulled from Salesforce to the form and push back into Salesforce- **What do you dislike about Titan Docs?** The beginning might be a bit tricky, there is documentation that needs to be reviewed in order to be successful with the integration. The team at FormTitan are so knowledgeable about their system and all its features which shows they are truly invested in their product and want to help their customers to use it to meet their exact requirements. The training that FormTitan offers is FANTASTIC, there is a full suite of training videos as well as personal support and guidance on hand to answer any questions we have.
