They blocked my entire ecommerce platform's email domain! At random with no warning. This means I could not receive important emails from customers with product questions. Upon asking Titan about this, they flat out refused to unblock the ecommerce platform, saying that it was "spammy" Uh, excuse me? It's an ecommerce platform just like any other (Woocommerce, Shopify, etc) and is critical to my business and livelihood. Them refusing to work with me and unblock a perfectly trustworthy domain obviously rendered Titan unusable for my business. Immediately switched to Gmail and it is way more professional, trusted, and reliable!! Any serious business owner or anyone planning to grow a serious business should stay away.
