I migrated from Name.com to Titan and the migration messed up few of my emails but after talking to the customer care team , the problem got solved and I can check everything now. Titan has been an easy email platform to configure and use for my small business. I'm fairly tech savvy, but setting up email systems can be challenging. Not so with Titan. I once emailed them late in the evening asking for some help with configuration. I thought that it would be really good if I got a response within 24 hours. To my great surprise, I received a reply within about 5 minutes. In all my time seeking help from customer services of other companies, I had never received such a quick response. You must do some configuration if you use Titan with Wordpress.com as I do. However, their instructions for doing this are very good, and if you run into a problem, contact them, and they will get back to you quickly and resolve it for you. The web application features a highly well-structured navigation menu. The premium option of Read Receipts is realistically an option that few competitors possess. The capability of adding a photo to the email signature is not available in all competing services. The inclusion of a calendar and contact options within the email interface is noteworthy. The lack of a desktop app for MacOS is a notable drawback. The absence of a Safari extension, similar to the ones available for Chrome and Edge browsers, is certainly a suggestion for improving support for Mac customers. The Titan email program is exceptionally functional, with many features I need to communicate successfully with clients, supporters, and other professional entities. It is highly intuitive, clean, and easy to navigate. I don't have time to learn complex programs: I need something that will do what I want and need it to do without the steep learning curve. Additionally, the professional support of Titan is incredible. The site was down one morning, and I emailed to inform the support team. I was not expecting any response, so I was amazed to see that the team responded, showed concern about the impact of the downtime, fixed the issue promptly, and then emailed me to let me know the problem was fixed! The support team is also very responsive to ideas and suggestions, actively following up on user ideas and bringing in new features based on that input. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
