Things we really like having include read receipts, user-friendly calendar with multiple categories (and those colored labels are fabulous), settings are simple to figure out and configure. The rules which automatically send emails to certain folders make managing all the incoming emails we get easier to manage. I wish notifications of calendar events had more capabilities. Right now, it's either no notification or double notifications. Setting a notification for 10 mins before an event means you'll get 1 notification 10 mins before and 1 at the time of event. But if you don't set a reminder, you get none. I'd love to see the option to set the exact notifications I receive so I don't get duplicates when I don't want duplicates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Titan solving and how is that benefiting you? My small business uses Titan to manage all our emails and calendar events. It's great to have both those things in one place so I can work with my business partner to easily keep track of all the events and emails we need to manage. Not only that, but the price is perfect. Customers tend to seek legitimacy before agreeing to work with a company. Whether trusting them to complete a service, care for their health, provide a product or advise them, they need to see that the company is trustworthy. Fetching older emails from your cell phone is still difficult, although the mobile app already has good settings. The overall experience would also be better if there were more customization options. Many people are reluctant to click on an email from an unknown sender. Receiving an email from a free account (such as Gmail or Hotmail) can look like spam and end up in the trash. If your brand reaches out to the customer for the first time (either through a marketing email or by responding to a website request form), you want the customer to know who is trying to connect with them. Customers want to know exactly who is contacting them and where they are coming from. Furthermore, a branded email address is also easier to manage as a business owner. You can create new employee accounts or new roles in a matter of minutes. You can also work all existing emails in your company and delete all inactive accounts. I appreciated the ease of logging in, setting up the configuration to Gmail, and walking through the steps to make the email signature, security, and formatting as direct and simple as possible. Although I had no challenges configuring the IMAP and forwarding my Titan email to Gmail, my coworker had a significant challenge, and I had to spend hours on the problem, which turned out to be a backend issue. User-friendliness of the interface. No lost email trails, and the notification system on both mobile and P is effective. The discreet read notice is excellent and lets me know who is engaged. Titan does not seem to have a function for creating rules for incoming emails. I.e auto filing of emails etc. If it does this feature is not clearly articulated. Also, Titan on mobile does not auto-download email content just the header. This is not useful.
