Titan mail was unknown to me but after my GMail had problems on my site I turned to the one recommended by Wordpress, Titan Mail. Getting to the place to manually configure the email with Apple Mail and Microsoft Outlook (Classic) was not strightforward and the instruction on the Titan mail while clear were not specific enough. Having had experience with this before I was ok with the information but it took a few tries. The one onfusing thing was between "user name" and "account name" and needed help from Titan to work that out. The response was quick, the answer spot on, and I'm now properly connected. Thanks. None specifically but having an email associated with my boat adds a cache to those I need to correspond with when we take her out to yacht clubs and amongst the boating community I encounter on my travels. There is literally nothing nice I can say about titan. You do not see your e-mails. It is difficult to log in. It is disorganized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Titan? Sometimes you don't get your e-mail, so you have to clear the cache constantly to see new e-mails. You can only have one e-mail open at once, you get automatically logged out if you have more than one. Tech support needs you to hold their hand through the issue, and after you manage to deliver the information they just link you an article and hope it works. (It rarely does.) The articles are full of gifs, so they are extremely hard to follow. A couple of screenshots would be infinitely helpful, but no they'd rather use something we can't pause or rewind to be as unhelpful as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. User-friendly platform, excellent customer service, fast, friendly response, knowledgeable and patient. What do you dislike about Titan? There is no downside as far as I (or my intern) can see. We have not been using Titan for too long but have been very happy with the communication and ease of use. The white screen of death appeared and I could not get into my business email inbox or my intern's email either. My business works with time-sensitive contracts and advances. I had reached out to WP on Thursday for help, with no response. Late on Friday, an email from WP saying they had received my email 21 hours ago and someone would be in. touch which could NOT wait until Monday. They were no help at all and Titan was!
