The email app is so easy to use and powerful, in particular the ease of scheduling the sending of emails and creating fantastic, professional looking email signatures. I needed a help in doing some setups, I have just pressed on the chat button and within 2 minutes the Customer Support guy named Nabeel Chareef responded to my question and helped me. What I do like in Titan is that it has both desktop and mobile app, and that they allow me to add my Signiture for free. What I like about Titan's email is that it allows us to communicate more adequately with our current partners and potential customers because we have more credibility and professionalism through email with our own domain. At first, I tried the version with 1GB of storage to test the product and how well it met my expectations of responsiveness, speed and security; in general, I decided to expand to the 50GB version, and so far, the experience has been very positive both in the version web and mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Titan? One thing I don't like so much about Titan's email, and I think it could be improved, is the email search engine in the mobile version. A different "advanced search" design would make it easier to use, especially when dealing with smaller screens. Another recurring problem is the difficulty of finding a continuous thread; sometimes, they appear confusing, which delays my response to potential customers and partners. As an employee of the company, I was initially suspicious when I discovered that Ensign Research chose to use Titan Mail. However, after months of use, I can attest that Titan mail's features have helped our company communicate with customers in many parts of the world and have allowed me to help build a valuable brand, so they are an excellent choice for email providers, as robust as the better-known alternatives and at a much more competitive price.
