Its UI is friendly and I can easily integrate my emails with other third-party applications such as Outlook, Gmail, e.t.c Some mail providers tend to have user interfaces that are not easy to work around. The fact that I can only get 1GB per mailbox and I cannot perform mass deletion on a mailbox and to top it all off, I cannot solely use the storage on Outlook that I have when I have integrated my titan email with Outlook unless I have configured the email under POP3. It is scaleable and integrated into WordPress where we have our Jetpack CRM and Woo Commerce. Nifty to know when people open mail. Google has better folder system. They were a cheap starter email plan that was ok for beginners, but I highly suggest staying away if you plan to grow your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Titan? They blocked my entire ecommerce platform's email domain! At random with no warning. This means I could not receive important emails from customers with product questions. Upon asking Titan about this, they flat out refused to unblock the ecommerce platform, saying that it was "spammy" Uh, excuse me? It's an ecommerce platform just like any other (Woocommerce, Shopify, etc) and is critical to my business and livelihood. Them refusing to work with me and unblock a perfectly trustworthy domain obviously rendered Titan unusable for my business. Immediately switched to Gmail and it is way more professional, trusted, and reliable!! Any serious business owner or anyone planning to grow a serious business should stay away.
