One of the best points I have encountered is their customer service. I've had to use the Chat Function twice, and both times they quickly answered my questions and attached links to walk me through what I needed to do. **What do you dislike about Titan?** I imagine at some point I could grow out of the service level that I am currently using and I will have to upgrade. I tried several alternatives (eg: Zoho Mail) but they weren't remotely close to how easy this mail is. **What do you dislike about Titan?** The only thing I could think of that this mail misses is the incorporation of a way to edit HTML code for a custom format email. It's not exactly something to dislike since I have been informed that the developers are already working to fix it. **What problems is Titan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing a business email and automating customer reply messages. The android app also does a pretty good job of notifying me of all messages. Something the competition always did wrong. I used to miss a ton of notifications. ### 31. Before titan i used Google workspace and it was just a mess, didn't knew where to find what and sometimes it stills very confusing, many settings that I don't even know what they do! So i would definitely recommend Titan **What do you dislike about Titan?** At the beginning i just struggle to adapt, but when i did, things went pretty normal, but i would like that the iOS app would allow me to setup basic configurations(don't know why i can do that only on PC) And also that i had a feature that allows me to create personalized folders. Some ideas raise red flags for me, e.g., filtering my own outgoing email. I don't want someone to read my email to analyze it and store it in their database (which is why I went to Titan). Similarly, I don't want someone to analyze what I am sending and tell me that it is spam, especially without giving me the option to turn this feature off. I was having a time zone problem, where I would set a time for the meeting and it would arrive with a different time for the lead.
