Titan CMS does not offer a permanent free plan, but it does provide a free trial that lets users to test the product before committing to a paid plan. Trial availability and duration may vary, so users should review the seller's official pricing page for the most current details.

How much does Titan CMS cost in 2026?

Who is Titan CMS pricing best suited for?

Titan CMS's pricing structure is best suited for mid-market and enterprise organizations managing multiple websites, multilingual content, or complex workflows. G2 reviewers from industries including higher education, manufacturing, mining, healthcare, and information technology represent the core adopter base, with mid-market firms being the most frequently reviewed segment. The Base License at $9,500.00 one-time fits small businesses or single-site organizations with limited users, and G2 users in insurance, law, and nonprofits confirm it handles straightforward content management well. Enterprise and Corporate tiers suit large organizations needing unlimited sites, thousands of users, and deep third-party integrations like SharePoint, HubSpot, and ERP systems.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Titan CMS?

Titan CMS offers no permanent free tier, but a free trial is available for evaluation. The entry-level Base License is a one-time $9,500.00 fee covering one website and up to 10 users. Titan CMS's higher tiers — Professional, Corporate, and Enterprise — require contacting the vendor for custom pricing and unlock progressively more websites and users, scaling from 2–10 sites with up to 1,000 users up to unlimited sites and users at the Enterprise level. G2 reviewers note that multi-site management and multi-language support are key drivers for upgrading beyond the base tier, particularly for mid-market and enterprise organizations managing complex global web presences.

Is Titan CMS considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of Titan CMS consistently rate it highly, with most reviews landing at 4.0 to 5.0 out of 5. Value sentiment is strong across segments: small businesses praise the ease of self-managed content edits that reduce reliance on paid developers, mid-market users highlight multi-site and multi-language management as major time savers, and enterprise reviewers cite Northwoods' support team as a differentiating factor. Reviewers switching from WordPress and SharePoint report meaningful workflow improvements. The main value caveat is heavy dependence on vendor support for complex tasks, meaning organizations without technical staff may incur additional service costs beyond the base license.

What do you like best about Titan CMS?

I appreciate the support provided by Northwoods, as without it, navigating Titan CMS would be challenging. Their excellent support makes a big difference. I also value the functionality that allows different departments to provide their own content, which is a great advantage for streamlining content management and enabling teams to contribute effectively. Having templates within Titan CMS is fantastic because they make building pages and sections consistent, which helps maintain a cohesive site structure. This level of organization and support makes Titan CMS an invaluable tool, and I would confidently give it a recommendation score of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Titan CMS?

I find it challenging that without Northwoods' support, we would be a bit lost, indicating that Titan CMS might not be as user-friendly on its own. Additionally, I wish there was a WYSIWYG mode where you could navigate to a page and easily click a button to edit it, as this would simplify the editing process significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Titan CMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Titan CMS enables different departments to manage and provide their own content, ensuring consistent page and section building through templates, which improves our workflow efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Norman - Thank you so much for taking the time to review Titan CMS here on G2. We're thrilled to hear that Titan CMS is making it easy and efficient for individual departments to manage their own content while keeping your site structure and design consistent. And also that our support has been a huge help!

Thank you for your feedback on the WYSIWYG editor availability, as well. WYSIWYG functionality is available within Freeform and FAQ blocks, as well as within the Content Library's individual templates. It sounds like you would like what we would refer to as an in-page editor. Your account director will reach out to clarify your desired functionality and work with you to come up with solutions. If what you are looking for doesn't exist yet, the idea will get bubbled up to our Titan CMS development team and evaluated for our roadmap.

In the meantime, please don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything additional we can help with! - Your Titan CMS Team
