Their excellent support makes a big difference. I also value the functionality that allows different departments to provide their own content, which is a great advantage for streamlining content management and enabling teams to contribute effectively. Having templates within Titan CMS is fantastic because they make building pages and sections consistent, which helps maintain a cohesive site structure. This level of organization and support makes Titan CMS an invaluable tool, and I would confidently give it a recommendation score of 10. **What do you dislike about Titan CMS?** I find it challenging that without Northwoods' support, we would be a bit lost, indicating that Titan CMS might not be as user-friendly on its own. It works fine, but it’s not as modern or intuitive as some of the newer CMS platforms out there. New team members usually need a bit of time to get comfortable. **What problems is Titan CMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Titan, we struggled with keeping content consistent across different sites and languages. Often, what I see in the "Edit" mode is not what actually displays on the live webpage. This has allowed us to maintain sanity and allow one person on our team to be the gatekeeper and have the ability to bring thousands of products online with a unified look and feel. **What do you dislike about Titan CMS?** Not too many things to dislike, If I was going to nitpick, I would advocate for custom video player controls and wrapper support but overall, Titan does 99.9% of what we need it to do for our bread and butter website. **What problems is Titan CMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Custom Region and language controls are the number one time savior and game-changer from our previous backend system. We went from using an old version of SharePoint (a very outdated and broken program) to this sophisticated CMS. I like how intuitive the user experience/design is. It's easy to use and looks nice! **What do you dislike about Titan CMS?** Sometimes it's hard to navigate through a variety of folders. For example, when using the content picker, if your items are within several folders, it can take a number of clicks to access the content you're looking for. **What problems is Titan CMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Titan is allowing us to have a fresh start for our online presence. We can easily develop new pages using a variety of beautifully designed web styles.
